Yay! It’s makeup Monday!!!!

Today, I am going to break down how I achieve a summer glow year round, and keep it simple! I mean we all wish we could wake up at the beach year round, but until then…. let Lorac, Bliss, and a few tricks from me keep you bronzed and beautiful!

When I read blogs, it’s kinda annoying to read through all this mumbo jumbo when ALL I NEED TO KNOW is what products do I need to buy like yesterday??:) so here goes…

And, I even put it on a silver platter for you:))) When I think of my first day at the beach, the first thing I am carrying is a smile, and it goes down to my toes…. so please  don’t forget that…. it’s the source of your beauty. Next, that warm glow to my skin, the flush of pink on my cheeks from the warm sun, and mostly … NO PUFFY eyes because I am getting so much sweet sleep and relaxation,and NO GEORGIA allergies.

TE bronzed and Beautiful Basics:)

1.SMILE GIRL SMILE.

2. LORAC pro to go Eye/Cheek Palette…. so what we have here are 6 eyeshadows,  2 blushes and one bronzer(matte). It contains the perfect universal bronzer, and a stunning bronze eyeshadow that makes your eyes pop ( no matter what color… seriously) It’s pretty much the essentials in a perfect compact.

TE money saving tip: I got this at Kohl’s beauty department for 38! They are always giving a free gift too! If you haven’t checked out Kohl’s Beauty Department, you are MISSING OUT!! We are talking brands like Lorac, Cargo, Bliss, and many more, and you can earn rewards that save you TONS of change!

3. Bliss In a Blush Serum Fluid Blush( pink and peach pictured above) I put this over or under my powder blush( breaking the rules again.. geez Terah:) and it gives you a perfect lit from within glow… I am not kidding, apply it with your fingertips, a dense brush or beauty blender… and it stays PUT! Mix the two colors together, and amaze yourself:)

4. The next items I am going to group together.. ( they are pictured above)  White liner, just a basic white liner, but please don’t do it in your lower waterline like we see EVERYWHERE… use peach or nude..I beg of you.

But a little trick, to open your eyes, and look well rested from a beach trip:)….. is to draw an open triangle  at inner and outer corner of eyes and blend! It’s simple, it’s quick, it’s super effective.

Last, but not least, these little Wet n Wild  brushes, are the BOMB.. when we are at the beach, we are relaxed and chill… so a super blended, soft look is essential. These brushes do just that without much effort or a high skill level. The crease brush ( that’s extra fluffy) I can’t live without!

TE money saving tip: these are super inexpensive at Walgreens or CVS, but if you want to save even more money go their website, it will prompt you to enter your  email for an extra 10% off! I have used every brush they make, and I LOVE THEM.. with the exception of the fan brush, just don’t do it:)

5. Bliss Large Stippling Brush ( Kohl’s  Beauty Department) don’t do the serum one, it’s so tempting I know, but it’s not nearly as good. We need a stippling brush because we want a diffused, light glow to the skin. I suggest taking your summer tone of foundation( you don’t have to chuck it out because it’s fall)… add in equal parts, one tone lighter bb cream, and a highlighting cream like Becca, NYX or Benefit in a gold or pearl tone… mix together.. VOILA!!!! SUMMER GLOW!!! For the stippling brush, you dip it in your customized formula… look at you go, I mean you have got some skills:) and pat pat pat into the skin almost as if you are pushing it into your skin…. it will look airbrushed, flawless and feel really therapeutic… like being at the beach.. not really, that’s a stretch:)) but it does feel darn good!

6. Last but DEFINITELY least: H2O Eye Oasis… depuffs, brightens, hydrates and absorbs right in… and your concealer and mascara won’t slide! Also found at Kohl’s beauty department…. p.s. their whole line is amazing from body scrubs and lotions to face products …. LOVE IT!
