So, you followed through on  your goal to be up in the gym workin’ on your fitness!!!! You go girl,  but then you go to get ready afterwards, and you forgot your bra….oh sorry that’s me…..:)

But  honestly, why do I always forget something in my gym bag? I realized it’s because I didn’t have my essentials consistently packed, so ALL I had to think about was the clothing I needed, and hair tools… because I am  NOT about to pay for TWO CHI blow dryers, flat irons, and my curling rods.. just to keep one in my gym bag! Once I nailed down my essentials, I have been golden in the remembering all necessary garments category:)

 

SO  here goes:

  1. I am a Lululemon fan, although I tend to go with other lines now, (later post on that:) because I like to be my sassy self:) BUT they do give these great bags with purchases, and I use them for my gym bag! WHY you ask?  Because, I am bound to have something spill, or my hairspray cut loose in my bag…. SO this way I can just toss the bag out, have an excuse to hit up Lulu again:):) and get a new bag!
  2. Dry Shampoo! I do love the brand in the photo, and it’s at your local Target! You get your volume back and your freshness to boot:)  TE tip: if you have dry hair, I suggest investing in Oribe’s new dry shampoo! It’s amazing, and NO dryness.
  3. Dove Dry Spray! I mean just spritz this wherever it is necessary… you will be feeling fresh as a daisy!
  4. Fekkai hair mist! Freshens your hair, defrizzes, and you feel like you just did your workout on a beach.( also available at Target, BEST  PRICE  is Jet.com)
  5. Victoria Secret Comb: I have super long blonde hair… and well,the tangles are my least favorite… this gets right through them, and I love the pouch because it keeps things sanitary:)
  6. Makeup Bag! ( sweat happens) I just drop in concealer, facial cleansing sheets, oil blotting sheets, face mist, peach blush, and nude lipstick because they always go with every makeup look I am wearing.
  7. My Mason Jar Water Bottle with the Lid I got off of Amazon: Because HYDRATION IS LIFE!!!!!
  8. Muscle and Fitness Hers Magazines: Two fold here…. I am NOT motivated every day to bust my booty at the gym, it’s just not realistic. I always carry these, because they have awesome workouts, generally I find my DINNER RECIPE in there, so I kill two birds with one stone. For me, reading about women that achieve their workout goals inspires me and keeps me from succumbing to my excuses. I mean, if am reading about a woman who has 4 kids, a 9-5 , and gets her workout in at 5am….. well, let me tell you… I am gonna CRUSH my 12:00 workout:):) This magazine is full of great information and inspiration… I just scratched the surface!

These items are just MY “essentials.” I encourage you to make yours, always keep them in your bag, and then all you need to keep on top of is your clothing and hair tools!!
